Richard sent several smallish rocks with hard corals growing on them. Here are some more pics of different rocks. These pictures are not from the same rock posted previously

Here are 2 different colonies close together on the same rock

Look at the polyps out:

This rock is being grown over with hard coral:

Even though all of the colonies are way cool, this one is my favorite. Do you see the brittle star:

It's amazing what comes out of the Gulf! I rarely see that much color when I'm there. TBS seems to be the best, customer friendly, LR store out there!

I have yet to purchase from them (I dont have a saltwater tank yet) but their reviews are amazing!

I started my first reef tank in my classroom with TBS rock and my next tank will be TBS rock. Customer for life!

Very nice pics divemonster.........keep an eye out on that urchin, in my experience when they get to be that size and get hungry and go out cruising at night they can do a lot of damage and strip rocks clean of desirable life including hard coral polyps.

I haven't had much trouble with the black urchin I have, it's the little pink pincussion that love to frag all my Zoa's. I think I'm up 4 small zoa frags on my frag shelf growing out. He is quite amusing seeing what he will decorate himself with.

I like these. Is there any issue with adding a coral directly out of the ocean if all my corals so far have been tank raised? I'm mainly asking about it bringing anything into the tank to hurt the rest.
