Gutter Guard?

Can anyone tell me if any particular chain of stores sells the plastic Gutter Guard that comes in a roll? I found it on the net, but they want $10 to ship a $2.50 product. I checked the big boxes here in the Spring Hill area but no joy. Thanks for any help.
