Definitely H. Magnifica based on the first picture. No neon purple tips, and the verrucae look exactly like a Magnifica too.

It sure looks like a mag but I've never seen a mag do that before. Move DOWN to the bottom of a tank. Every mag I've had and seen always moves UP

I have to disagree with the magnifica ID. The tentacles don't have the little bulbs that mags typically have and crispa don't always have purple tips. Crispa also have verrucae that change in appearance depending on health/conditions.
We don't know how long the anemone in the first pic stayed on top of the rock, but since its final position is near the bottom with its foot wedged between rocks, it sounds like a crispa.
A better picture in the second position would be very helpful, since the anemone is barely visible.
