H. Magnifica on Glass

My magnificent has set up shop dead center on my back glass and seems happy as can be. Is there any issue with this?

I had her on a tall pier of rock with a rough piece of shelf rock at the top that it lived on for a few months, directly next to one of my RBTA's. They occasionally stung each other. She would wander 2" this way or that way throughout the day occasionally, but never left her shelf. One day she went on tour of the tank and found this spot. I have not changed flow, or lighting. Nitrates are non detectable and phosphates are 0.08 ish.

I think only issue would be any risk of getting caught in powerheads but will let more knowledgeable experts comment

Question - did the Mag have to travel 'down' very far in order to get from pier to back glass?

I just had my mag get macerated by a powerhead. I cannot say for sure that it didn't crawl into the pump, but given the setup, I suspect it released and went for a 'swim'.

Mine did the same and just kissed a powerhead. I was luckily standing there and turned it right off. Very minor injury and she has since healed. I placed her back and she didn't move an inch for a few weeks. She then released again to stretch her leg, lol, and did a quick lap of the tank and set up shop on the back glass. (power heads were covered and did not get near them) Seems very happy on the glass.

She released I imagine, floated down near the substrate, and then the length of my 4' tank. She then scaled the rock work on the opposite side of the tank and took up residence on the back glass, dead center, maybe 4" below the water surface.
