H. magnifica - tear in body, bacterial infection?

I recently moved my tank during an apartment move. Unfortunately my mag never settled well after the move. Everything else is fine but it's starting to look really bad.

I've enclosed a picture, it looks like it has a tear on the body, which I can only assume is a bacterial infection.

Can it be saved?

I hope to start Cipro treatment tomorrow (no Cipro, have to go to my doctor for prescription). Thanks

I've seen that before in mine when I've overfed the anemone. I've also seen it in my tank when some chloramines got through my RO/DI unit and into the tank. All my SPS were very upset and little rips began appearing around the mouth. After some water changes they healed back up. I've never seen bacterial infections correlate with that tearing response. Removing the anemone to a tank with pristine water conditions would be good and cipro treatment could help prevent any infection from developing.
