thinking or starting an sps tank with a 55 gallon tank the delema is it cannot be drilled what are the good hob skimmers out there ??

ATB looks great. There is a thread in the ATB sponser forum. Deltec MCE 600 is a great one also.

if you compare the ATB multi and the Deltec MCE600 to the CPR bak-pak2. The ATB and Deltec would blow it away

I bought a Octo bh2000 a few months ago and have been happy with it FWIW. Skip the CPR skimmer.

Not that you're considering it, but I'd skip the Remora also. Very unreliable skimmate production and it's loud as H-E-double toothpicks. I'm not happy with it.

I agree with you 118%. Too bad WWM feels it's the best skimmer on the planet..
