had 6100s for 1 day now alarm???help

I have an alarm going off on one of my 6100's I have 4 of them....only 1 day old...hope this isnt a start of alot of issues???


what should I do??? its new>>>

open it and take out the impellor make sure it is placed correctly in the pump. usually they only go off if there is a problem with the impellor turing

is there a certain way they go in????it seems when I turn it a little it will start back up for a while then stop again??? looks to me it slides in anyway???

its not working properly...I think its a factory defect...I have taken it out and put it back in several times...it will work if the pressure is constant but when I turn the pulse of any other mode on it stops and the alarm starts!

From what I can gather in the forums etc. Roger will take care of it. send him an email and I am sure he will replace/repair for you

Roger is a stand up guy and replaced both pumps...they had a place on the inside were the propeller goes!!
