Haddoni has to go

Can anyone give me suggestions on the best way to remove a large haddoni from my tank without injuring it. Needs to spend about an hour in transport to my LFS. Thanks in advance.

It can be a PITA because your going to have to remove a lot of the rocks and sand around its foot. Once you can get your fingers under the foot, gently (but with force) wedge your fingers under it. Work your fingers around the entire foot slowly peeling it off.

And since you are a nurse, I suggest putting on some of your gloves. I use some that I have left over for whenever I have had to move my Haddoni -- they don't seem to stick as much that way.

But, I agree with the method that 55semireef suggested.

Thanks, don't think it will be too bad he is in front of the tank in the sand so I should be OK, will he be OK in a ziplock with H2O?

I would buy a bucket rather than using a bag... I've tried transporting things in ziplocks only to have them leak all over my car and stress me out thinking they were going to break.
