Haddoni light requirement

Hey all I have an aquactinics constellation fixture over a standard 90 gallon tank and am wondering if it will be enough to keep a carpet haddoni happy?

It's a 7 bulb T5 fixture 54w per bulb ATI bule+ and ATI aguablue specials

Do the t5 have individual reflectors? If they do you should be good to go.
