Haddoni Well?

I purchased a 5" mint green Haddoni from an on-line retailer and he is acting a bit strange. I have had him for a week and a half and he seemed fine for the first few days. He ate well and stayed inflated. For about the past week while my two 150w MH lights are on, he deflates tightly with mouth open and white tissue protruding from it. Lights go out and he reinflates. What could be the issue here?

It likely hasn't adjusted to the high lighting yet. Haddoni do best under VHO/PC/T5 in a more blue specturm. If you have 20K 150W MH I would say very small changes in your parameters due to the youth of your tank. a 4-6mo tank is very young for stability. Every feeding causes changes... every water topoff... etc. Drip FW topoffs over several hours. Feed less and less frequently. Just a few options.
