I'm planning on a dedicated Haddoni tank. I have a pair of maroons in my 150 reef that I wouldn't mind removing. What are the chances they might decided to get cozy with my carpet?
Let me present a different side of the story: I've had a Haddoni and a pair of GSM in my tank for over two months now. They stay close to it (probably because I put the anemone close to where they usually stay) but don't actually host in it.
As you know they are not a natural host to the GSM if you want some clowns to host get the blk saddle back clowns. I added a male cause mine went surfed and it took to my red haddoni in 20 min!
Hmm, well, the maroons I already have, and have already been moved to the new tank, so I guess either they will decide to call the carpet home, or not. I'm keeping my eyes open for a healthy one at the LFSs.
