If you go with the 30 bioclean, then you get will get 15 of bio digest (the bacteria) and 15 of bio opti (the carbon food for the bacteria). It is recommended that you does one 1 of each per week for 6 weeks (or a bit longer depending on how bad your algae is) to treat up to 52 gallons to clean up the system. After about 6 weeks of weekly dosing and/or after you see most of the algae gone, you then can reduce dosing to 1 of each every 2 weeks to treat up to 52 gallons. Make sure you leave your skimmer off for 3 hours after dosing and then make sure you constantly run your skimmer until next dose.
Also, to the extend possible, you can speed up the process if just before each dose you do as much manual removal of the algae as possibe. Just try to rip off big chunks and do not cause lots of algae particles to float around in the water column when doing so.
