Is this Hair Algae or Lyngbya?

And now that I'm on my computer I can certainly say its green hair algae..
Quite a bad case of it too..

I'd suggest a Fluconazole (Reef Flux) treatment at the very least.

Or a process of removing each rock (maybe one a week or so) and doing a 50% tank water/50% hydrogen peroxide soak for 10 minutes while you scrub with a toothbrush.. Rinse with tap water or some fresh RO water when done and put them right back into the tank..
