Get some turbo snails or some hermits. Also do some water changes. Do you feed your fish a lot.

First before you go and buy stuf for it, you have to find out what is causing it to grow. You should check how much and how often you feed your fish.
How often you do waterchanges, how old or new the lighting is, check your phosphate levels. If you dont target what is causing it it will get out of control even with snails and such.
