Halide setup, canopy, powerheads, Live Rock for sale

I have a few things for sale....

1. 2x250 MH setup with wiring, on/off switches, ballasts, wiring, moguls, and 1 reflector (Was originally set up for quick disconnects, but they've been bypassed due to really goofy wiring in a few of the disconnects)---$140

2. NEW 250w ballast with capacitor. I wired this up and fired it twice. Thought I needed to replace a ballast, but just needed to redo the wiring. Paid $55 plus shipping, asking $40.

3. 3 Aquaclear powerheads. They are the Aquaclear 20 and 30 models. $5 each.

4. Penguin 802 Powerhead. $15

5. New, unopened 2 pound container of OSI Spirulina Enhanced fish food. $15

6. 4'x2' canopy. $35

7. 60+ pounds of mixed live rock. $125

Whats wrong with the wiring in the halides?

What's the brand of the ballast?

Nothing's wrong with the wiring now, I just wired them away from the disconnects, because they were popping my circuit when they were wired that way. I'm not sure if there's a short, or what, but now they just run like any other ballast that will be straight wired except you can use the on/off switches if you want.

As for the brands, I don't know what brand any of them are. They aren't anything special to my knowledge. All are M58 mogul based ballasts.

Nate that canopy will work perfect. i won't have to do anything to it plus it will hide my return pipe and my ugly ac110 acting as my fuge.

Glad it worked out for you. Sold #7 today, so now I'm just trying to get rid of the lighting. I really can't believe that nobody is interested in the MH complete setup for the price I have it at. Make me an offer if you want.

It has a 30-36" reflector, but doesn't really function as a fixture, and the reflector is a very cheap reflector. It's the ballast box with on/off switches, wiring to the moguls, moguls themselves, and 2 separate power cords.

Powerheads are gone. All that's left is the lighting and ballasts. Make me an offer if you want.

Not that reducing the price has worked in the past, but I'll try one last time on the lighting. $80 for everything, or trades for SPS/Acan/Chalice frags. Let me know if you're interested.

I'd either have to remove the other one from the casing, or I could just sell you the brand new 250w E ballast I bought and wire that up to the mogul socket. Let me know what you might be interested in.

how much for the new ballast and how much of a pain in the rear would it be for you to separate the other ballast

If you want me to, I'll do the new ballast for $35 by itself, or $45 if you want the end socket and wiring. I could very easily separate the other ballast from the box, and just give you one. If you want the new ballast, end socket, ballast box, and wiring I'd do that for $50. I just recently pulled the ballast box apart and re-wired it since when I bought the unit only one of the ballasts worked. That's why I had the brand new ballast, but then I wired up the old one and I realized that it still worked, it was just wired wrong when I bought it.
