Is there any way of nuking Halimeda? Once day it just started coming out of my live rocks and I don't know how to get rid of it. I pick as much as I can and it just grows back. I tried skipping water changes for a while...It slowed it down I guess from lack of calcium but as soon as I did a water change it came right back~! I'm debating removing a large portion of my live rock and bleaching it...I just don't want to mess up the balance of my tank by removing all the rock. Does anything eat it? If you are a newbie, stay away from Halimeda, Kenya trees, ugly green/brown polyps, and xenia....just what has given me a hard time!
