Hammer coral dead?

I dropped my hammer well my urchin dropped it now it is dead I think its kinda fleshy around the rock. Is it dead? Should I remove the rock it was inside of?

It is pink but it looks kinda clear and creamy. My zoas and toadstool are doing great.

ammonia nitrates and nitrites are 0.

I just did the tests tonight except for alk. This is my first time testing calcium and magnesium.
