Hammer coral help

So I've had this hammer coral for about 3 weeks now. Just wanted to get some opinions on if he's completely open or not. Thanks https://i.imgur.com/dmKfxkS.jpg

Hard to tell size based on the picture but I would say no, it's about half way there.

He's not. The water chemistry he wants is: salinity 1.024-5; temp 79; alk 8.3 dkh; calcium 420; magnesium 1350. And he should not be down-current of any soft coral. If you have soft coral in the tank, always run carbon and change it monthly.

That looks more like a Euphyllia cristata IMO, which are known for having much shorter polyps..
