Hammer Coral Issue

Good Morning All,
I am having an issue with my Hammer coral. It seems to be growing something that looks like spores coming out of its "stem". Also it doesn't seem to be growing in size. It seems happy at mid tank, no direct flow and responds well to the blue uv light. But I was told this is a fast growing coral and I haven't seen any progress. Also I add the reef fuel and mysis shrimp for the majority of the diet. Any help would be great!

If it is like the hammers and frogspawn that is probably a branching torch. The things or spores are buds. Try googling the term torch coral budding for further info
