absolutely! you don't know what a person is made of until something goes wrong and you see how they deal.
On the flip side, the correct handling of a situation(this sounds great) broadcasts huge quantities of warm and fuzzies.

ie if I was ordering stuff online, this saltwaterfish.com place would be one of the vendors I would shop. why? because of this thread.
