Hammer flow placement

Hello,

I added a a purple/green hammer, green/green hammer and frogspawn to my 180. All are frags, 3, 1 and 2 heads respectively.

I kept them all in close proximity for a few days for acclimation of light and then placed them a few days later. 1 head hammer and frogspawn seem very happy where they are placed, they are spread out and and look very healthy.

Now I don't know whats going on with the 3 head hammer, when I leave my flow on a constant 30% (tunze 6105s) he spreads out very happy, he was even eating a pe mysis that fell on him earlier today. However when I turn my power heads back to programmed setting (random interval profiles and a normal running pulse setting that progresses from 0 to 100) he recedes into his skeleton (not fully but the majority recessed), the other two are still completely fine and behave as if nothing changed. Nothing is pointing at him of course and his location is actually only about an inch above and 2 inches left of the frogspawn and smaller hammer who love where they are. I can see where he would be exposed to slightly more flow than the other two but very marginal amount...

Does he just hate this location I've placed him? Should I move him again or just give him a few days and see if he warms up to it?

If I turn my power heads back to steady 30% he opens right back up...

Edit for parameters though I believe this is a flow issue:
Salinity 1.025, alkalinity 8.8, ca 440, mg 1300, temp 77-78, nitrate 0, ammonia 0, pH 8.01.

most hammers don't like alot of flow... just enough to slightly move there polyps also mines doesn't like a ton of light.... i wouldn't mess with the flow intensity rather place it where the flow is a bit slower

Rotated power head 1 degree in a different direction ... problem solved ... he must just be very sensitive, like literal 1 degree made the difference between 0 and 90% constricted
