Hammer help!

Yesterday, one of my hammer coral heads upped and died. Now, the other heads are not looking too happy, either. Seems to be a pattern. My frogspawn looks similarly distressed, but not to the same degree yet.

Ideas? I have started water changes!

Do you have anything that could be eating them? It looks that was since there are places that look like tentacles are missing.

what's the flow like in your tank. I have had a terrible time lately with hammer coral getting use to the flow from my Koralias--they just don't like much of it coming directly at them
