Hammer split?

Does anyone know about how long it takes for a hammers head to split?
I have 2 heads splitting at once and was just wondering how long it would take.

Once the heads start to split, I would say about 3-4 weeks if you have power compacts. Mine took about 4 weeks once the tissue bubbled in the center of the head. The coral will not look real good for a while but once it is done it will look great.

I noticed it has 2 mouths now. I guess since I finally stoped moving it around in the tank it decided to split. Sometimes I think the hardest thing in this hobby is leaving things alone and not moving them.
