Hanging options for lighting

I'm personally a little confused on the amount of ways to mount a light. I'm currently looking to hang a 72" MH T5 combo over my tank, but I'm not sure whats the best way to do it. Any and all advice would be awesome!

Dry wall anchors or strait into studs. I'm going to assume its a heavy fixture.

If you have a way to hang it (does it have posts to loop through?), look at the Aquatic Life hanging kit, I have one and it's quite nice!
