Hangover

I must be missing a few other pictures...
Not sure how people are judging the whole stand from the 2 identical small corner pictures I see..
Not sure what gap is being talked about either..

I'd hazard a guess that isn't an actual aquarium stand, by the way the edge of it looks. Dresser or nightstand, maybe a bookshelf, something like that I'd bet. Rimless tanks need full support. It can be fixed like mcgyvr says, but probably won't make the furniture it is on look as good.

The photobucket link in post #14 is what I'm seeing.

I am seeing a rimless tank, full of sand and water. Apart from the overhang, there appears to be a large gap (maybe a little larger than the width of the glass) between the bottom of the tank and the stand.

I fail to see how you see the underside of the tank to identify a gap..
The angle of the photo was taken from above the plane of the lower glass..
As such all I see is the "fillet" (actually looks like the transition to "cove") leading up to the plateau of the top of the stand but wouldn't call that a gap.. Its just part of the overhang..

But I'll assume you are calling that a gap.. potato potatoe

OP is probably already done applying a new top that extends to the ends of the tank and is well on their way to happy tank life.. :)
