Hey guys, I searched this forum and didn't find what I was looking for.
I just got one of these checkers, do we attach the needle tip to the syringe before we draw out the reagent?

If I do it this was I don't get any reagent in the syringe, its all in the cheap needle tip.

I don't use the needle tip.

Doesn't matter if you use it or not, but even if you don't you still won't get fluid to the 1ml mark. Just pull so the plunger is all the way back, then go forward to 1ml. The air space is not a concern, that just means that is the amount of solution in the tip.

That Tip is a 1ml tip for a pipette. So it should be full with none in the syringe. I prefer to uses as it is easier to rinse.
