I have a quick question....
I plugged one in and the lights flickered then beeped three times and powered down...
Now they won't turn back on....
Any suggestions?

I'm guessing it powered cycle..
Now I'm having difficulties with the reef link keeping connection, thus making it difficult to connect the Radions.

Yes, with the help from the BEST Customer Service Support I've ever experienced!
Alex "called" me yesterday afternoon and took the time to help me connect all 4 units to the Reef Link and explained how to make "many" changes to the light schedule.
He was so kind to share his lighting schedule with me too!

I'm a customer for life now....

Ed is looking forward to replacing the Tunze power heads with a few MP60's now.

Today we noticed one of the radions isn't working properly, it has a blinking red light on the control buttons....any advise?

FYI.... We unplugged and move the plug to a diffrent outlet, same problem...on for less than a minute, then off....

I think if I remember correctly, if you disable the control buttons on the radion, that should take care of the problem. It has to do with interference, I think.....

It's saying there is a update available.....again and again....
I'm still happy :) just trying to figure it all out....
How do you disable the control buttons?

1. Power down all Radions for 30 seconds
2. Start the Connection Manager
3. Connect via USB to a single Radion
4. Right click the Connection Manager select "All Radions" and "Disable Radion buttons"

I completed these instructions

1. Disconnect via USB and power down all lights for at least 30 seconds
2. Log in to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
3. Select the "œSettings" then "œNew Profile" and "œYes"
4. Log out of EcoSmart Live
5. Start the Connection Manager and connect via USB to one Radion
6. Right click the connection manager icon select "œUSB Radion" then "œFactory Reset" and "œYes"
7. Repeat step 6 for each light
8. Log in to EcoSmart Live and program your lights using the Aquarium Setup
9. Select the "œProgram All" button to save all changes
