Happy as a clam

My new frag tank was cloudy this afternoon, but when I saw what my clam was doing, I understood why! I was curious what started this behavior... there's only one clam in the tank. And then I found the little clamboy magazines hidden under his clam bed. If he had only used a clam condom I wouldn't have to use my diatomaceous earth filter to clean the water! I'd worry about him going blind, but clams don't have eyes... I'm glad he's not a scallop!

That is a GREAT photo! What a funny sight! He really doesn't leave mucch doubt as to what he's doing.

Clams often do that as a sign of stress. That may not be the case here, but just because it spews doesn't mean it is happy.
P.S. I had one do that 3-4 years ago and is still alive today...so what do I know?
