GREAT DAY! 15#'s of Pork Shoulder on the smoker. Turned out great. 6 London broils mid rare, and loads of desert. We fed nearly 30, and it was great. Kids in the pool, and adults in the shade. Perhaps the best Fathers Day ever. As luck would have it, as we were cleaning up, I found two ice cold beverages left in the ice.


1.5 left to go.

How was the Niles mall aquariums Murph?

HAHAHAHAH ,,it ended up being mothers and daughter in law day ,,, after we looked up the mall , it was too far to tote the grand kid with us , so we ended up in Lodi at the outlet mall ,,,scored on some new shoes and clothes , came home BBQ'ed 2 full racks of ribs and some VERY COLD Great Lakes Grassroots ale here at the house , we had tons of stuff let from Bens Grad party on Sat , so we just had a killer cook out and went and did some shopping , me and the wife are going to the Niles mall next weekend with out the kids and grand kid so we can walk around and enjoy ... the grand kid make it tough as its all about him when hes around the wife ,,,she cant help it !! shes the best grandma there is to that little stinker.....
