Happy Turkey Day from Florida! I don't know what it's like up there, but it was 83 today and looks about the same for tomorrow.
My wife and I are going to a friend's house to ahve dinner with him, his wife and several other Lt couples down here. We're feasting for sure. Jennifer is making home made bread, stuffing and a few other odds and ends. I'm searing off a few duck breasts and making a pomegranate reduction for them as well as a twist on beef carpacio. If everyone else gets after it like planned we'll be fat and full before we know it.
I hope everyone up there is happy and getting stuffed with family and friends too!
