That's what I said to the guy who gave it to me. It's been in my tank for about 4 or 5 months and hasn't changed a bit. It eats and behaves just like my other RBTAs so go figure. I agree it looks bleached but its acting normally and there's nothing more I can do for it. I'm coming around to thinking its not bleached.

It's also less washed out looking in person. My camera's not very good. Course I'm worried about it now so thanks for getting me nervous.

I was given a bleached rbta a while ago. It stayed the same color for about a year until I moved from pc to leds. it started changing color within a few weeks and is now a nice orange/red.

I switched to LED about 3 weeks ago. It's still u changed but I'm still acclimating the tank so they're only at ~55%
