Posted this in the Neptune forum but it might be better for here.
My Apex crashed hard (again) while the WXM had both my MP40s in the 'off' mode for wet side cleaning. When I rebooted the system, the Apex had completely lost the ability to communicate with my vortech drivers. I'm about to pull out my hair here.
They are stuck 'off' now. The Apex has basically forgotten that it even had WXM outlets, and since it's not a matter of the pumps not having power (they're plugged in to non-apex outlets), but being switched off electronically, I have no idea how to get them started again.
None of the three buttons on the face of the driver do anything. Is there a hard reset button somewhere that I don't know about that will force the unit to forget all commands so I can at least get it turned on to reset it and unslave it from the Apex?
