Harlequin tusk and algae issues

Hello all. How is everyone keeping algae in check in their tank with a h. tusk? I have a fairly large clean up crew (snails, hermits, t. snails, emerald crabs, lawnmower blenny) and I would like to add a tusk. I know I have a sacrifice the smaller snails and hermits. The t. snails and emerald crabs are pretty large and I hope that the tusk won't go after them. If he does, how do I keep the algae down if the tusk eats everyone? I have a 6-7" naso but he doesn't pick the rock very much. I have a Carribean tang in qt now so I'll have the naso, c. tang and lm blenny. Aside from adding more tangs, what are my clean up crew options?

Thanks
Jeff

An HT will certainly eat your CUC, small fish too. I don't have any inverts in any of my FOWLR tanks. Keep nutrients & lighting down a bit, good circulation & filtration, etc. A CUC certainly isn't a necessity; there are lots of fish that will eat any snail, crab, etc. My tusks would love an emerald crab for lunch.
