Harlequin Tusk in reef tank??

I have several tanks an not sure which one to put him in. One is a 125 softy with a med yellow tang, flame angel, an a large 3 inch green spotted mandarin. Some snails an several crabs. I worry about the mandarin. The tusk is about 4 in. There is plenty of rock for the mandarin to hide sometimes don't see him for days. The other is a 190 FOWLR with a med clown trigger med lunar wrasse med naso tang. Which do you think is my best option??

Crabs,snails and shrimp aren't safe with a HT

I wouldn't be concerned with the mandarin, my tusk never bothers small fish, mine doesn't touch snails either, however crabs and shrimp are not safe.
