harmful clam snail pics?

Does anyone have pics of the little harmful clam snails?

I got my first clam 2 weeks ago, today I pulled out a piece of rubble to frag some things and left on the table were 3 tiny white snails of some sort..I checked my clam and did not see any on the shell...should I lift it up and look at the foot?

The predatory snails usually nestle in right between the mantle and the shell on the upper side. You can often glimpse them at night when they are feeding or even during the day if you look carefully. From what I understand, they arent usally found off of the clam so the snails you found were most likely something else.

Well thats a relief...poor snails...I killed them for no reason... oh well better safe than sorry.
