has anybody gotten rainford gobies to breed?

I found these two youngsters at my lfs, and while I've usually seen them as solitaries, these two were definitely hanging together. I didn't want to break up the set and they're not a huge bioload, so I came away with both---who exhibit interesting behaviour, taking turns feeding, one sitting and watching. They really took notice when I added two commensal shrimp to the tank, one for my watchman and one for the highfins---not that they courted one, but that they perked right up and went to eating fairly confidently once that presence was there. They're quite young, not to breeding age by a long shot, but if I have happened on a pair, I'd sure like to know any other experience with them.

Great! Maybe it is possible. So far so good with this pair: they're at least eating well and feeling comfortable about their coming and going. They're very easily bullied, and I'm hoping I can keep them both into a healthy adulthood. Meanwhile I'm going to be reading up on goby habits.

I just picked up a pair of juvenile rainfords. Just curious to hear your whole story on these fish. First night they dissappeared as soon as the light dimmed before I got a chance to see where.

If you are still out there please let me know how these guys/girls fared!
