Has anyone come up with the perfect light for newly born clowns?

When it comes to lighting for the newly hatched clowns. I have not read much on what everyone is using for a light source. I know it can't be a bright light. But has anyone found a light that works the best on a ten gallon tank?

I use the crappy 10 or 15w bulbs that screw into the hood of those tanks. I put only 1 bulb in. So the fry get atleast some shade. Others use lamps and led strips. Any low watt light will suffice.

I use a Coralife 10w 50/50 CFL that screws into my hood, not to much light, but enough so the fry can see the rotifers but not so much they are swimming into the bottom of the tank

I´ve always used a fluo.set across the narrow end.But now I changed to a LED stripe,much more convenient!
