I just got 2 new fish 2 weeks ago and they are still in the QT, so I was not going into the LFS for fish, just supplies. Go figures they have just about everything I was planning on getting the next few months in stock. Multiple flame angels, two coral beauty angels, even two bicolor angels (I know these can be touchy). To make it worse they had multiple yellow kole eye tangs, (even the cutiest little one I have ever seen at around 1 inch), a tonimi tang, and many yellow tangs. If that was not bad enough, they had a long nosed butterfly fish. All fish potentially on my get list, and they had all of them today. Stupid doing things right and adding fish slowly. Thanks for the venting, I resisted getting anything, two more weeks to get my other new fish in the DT then I can get something.

all are common fish bread/butter fish for a lfs so they will have them when you are ready
Congratulations on that! Impulse buys are hard to resist but nothing good ever happens quickly in this hobby.

I recently acquired a 50 shallow, and am in the same boat. I move it from SF, and am just getting it all the way I want it. Just bought a small QT tank and in the process of settingit up for new additions over the next 4-6 months, and I HATE WAITING!
