Hatians and Codys

If thinking of adding either a hatian or condy annenome to my tank for a possible host for my percs.

-tank is 30 gallons, several months old.

any pre-cautions or advice?

The chance that you percs will accept a hatian or a condy (they are both condies actually) as a host are just about zero. The are Atlantic anemones and clowns (especially percs and ocellaris) don't normally associate with them.
There is also a slim chance that the condys could eat you your clowns.
