Hey Roger I have 3 6100's and one ove them has a smaller power supply deal ? What gives did I get a supply for a smaller one like the 6000? Heck it looks the same size as the one I have for my turbella 7210

7310.322 ?

According to the Tunze parts catalog...I think the 7310.322 works with a Tunze Turbelle Electronic 7300/2 @ 17V/32VA.

The Stream 6000 transformer is a 7210.202A @ 12V/20VA and the Stream 6100 transformer is a 7410.602A@ 20V/65VA.

Anyway they definately sent you the wrong transformer and Roger should be able to set you up with the correct one.

Thanks!

Weird it has been working for 6 months or so now.The other 2 have the 7410.602A@ 20V/65VA transformers.

So it looks like that one Stream is more powerful than a 6000, but not as strong as a 6100!

You have a new Stream prototype...the Tunze Stream 6050!!!

LOL!

Yeah, that is really weird, it would be an inbetween size that isn't made, they don't even use that transformer for anything anymore as they discontinued the 7300/2 in September. Did you get it new?

Bought it from a LFS. Looked new when I got and the price was just under everyones new price. I also remeber them having a turbella maybe they or a customer switched them by accident?

Oh well. I know now they arent a tunze dealer so I have no recourse. my other tunze stuff came from Kingsley which is a dealer :) thank god.

Anyways is it going to hurt the stream? What would it cost to get the correct one? Also if I get the right one can the transformer be used to upgrade my current 7210.202 transformer on my turbella 7210/2 kit? for better performance?

TIA

Unfortunately sometimes dishonest people buy things and return them as unused to stores but took them home to swap a part, it might not have been something the dealer knew about.

It will not hurt the pump at all and it would convert a 7210/2 into a 7310/2
