I agree with everyone else the claw will grow back really quickly.
I did have a stupid coral banded shrimp though....during his molt he never got both claws out completely of the old exoskeleton. So his claws ended up hardening all bent up and weird looking. I found him later in the day when I go home all bent out of shape. I though some of the other fish may have attacked him or something LOL. Then I saw he was still attached to his old shell. Having the bent up and weird shaped arms made it really hard for it to move around and he was very cumbersome... he eventually got really stressed and died.
Don't worry though the claws do grow back quickly LOL.
I think they have at least one set that they usually eat with, so those are primarily for protection. Hopefully there are no tank mates that are extrememly aggressive while they grow back. And congratulations! She's got eggs! I have a mated pair and the female is always "barefoot and pregnant"...guess that's how Mr. CBS likes her.
