1-sailfin tank- medium
5-blue chromis- small
2- b&w clowns- medium
1- shrimp goby- tiny
1- mandarin goby- medium
1- yellow and purple blenny- small
1- scooter blenny- small

have i reached my limit or can i add a little something else and any input on maybe what else to add?

Thanks, Ellis

in a word , Yes . do you mean sailfin tang ? when you say medium how big are you talking? when full grown he will be the size of a diner plate. as far as the chromis they will dwindle down to one or two . i had seven in my 265 and am now down to just three. your other stuff sounds fine as far as a i can tell. but in my opinion you should lose the sailfin . but it is "just my opinion" I'm sure others will agree and disagree.

the sailfin tang is small now maybe 2.5-3'' and i have an agreement with my lfs if he gets too big i can return him for store credit....i had a yellow tang for over a year and it was pretty large and did just fine...too back he somehow got stuck to a powerhead and died ;((

Your mandarin and scooter blenny (which is a dragonette) compete for the same copepods. In the longer run, they will not do well together even if both eat mysis.

That sailfin will eventually grow out of that tank it would be better in a 6 foot tank but I am not the tang police I have a 125 andMy tank is not even close to big enough to house a sailfin full grown. As far as the other fish they are all very small however snorvich is right if you want that mandarin to survive you cannot have anything that competes for its food they are so hard to keep alive without the competition. If you did not have the sailfin you could add a few medium size fish easy.
