Have ich in 125 gal need advice.

I have ich in a 125 gal tank and need to fix it. There are many fish in this tank (about 30, most are smaller but range from 2 in - 6 inch, several small/med tangs). I currently have a 55 gal running ready to go for moving the fish too but have no filter system as of yet.

Questions:

1) Can I move all the fish to this one tank or should I seperate into two or more tanks? There is no fighting currently in the big tank with all the fish together! One tank would certainly be easier to manage.

2) What is the best treatment needed to properly QT this many fish and get rid of the ich and possibly any other problems? Copper, TTM etc.

3) What is the best filtration system needed for this QT(s) with so many fish?

treating that many fish is going to be tough. You'll probably need 4 55 gals. You are definitely way overstocked in the 125.

What fish do you have and what are their estimated sizes?

Which fish are actually showing symptoms: white spots, scratching, making funny movements or shake?

How severe are the symptoms of each fish?

Decided to just leave it alone for now. The outbreak isn't that bad and I am afraid of making it worse by moving all the fish around.
