He is doing well so far. Have you got the lights working yet? You have to turn them a little then alittle more and so on. I would look at getting a new fixture if I were you. If you need a hood built let me know. Jason

I have already been looking at new lights. Possibly the 4 t-5's with 2 hailides. Im gonna post on here to see what people have before actaully buying.

Over a 75 with MH, many are running just (2)-T5's, so you can get away with a little less. When I make the switch from VHO to T5 actinics, I'll only be running (2)-T5's with my MH's (125 and a 120).
