Have to decide on what size holes to drill my tank.

327 Gallon tank with approximately a 90 gallon sump. External pump with 3100GPH capacity at 6'. So Ideally I'd like to run the return inside the overflow. With two drains. So 4 holes total. Can I Use this two drains to implement the Herbie style overflow? How much can a 1.5 inch standpipe flow? Or would I need to go to 2" bulkheads for the returns? Or just forget it and do dual Dursos?

External overflow/ghost is out of the question.
