have you REPLACED your DSB?

I know in time, a DSB can get real bad. I read people replace it in 2-3yrs usually.. That seems like a pain.

Have any of you gone YEARS without replacing and being successful, or wat?

They only get bad if you dont take care of your tank.


Plenty of tanks are 10 years+ old on the original DSB.

I have a DSB that is about 3 yrs old. I have no plans to replace it. I was lucky to get 150 lbs of the last available Southdown and am reluctant to part with it
