Having major issues with pumps

I have 2 vortechs with wireless drivers and both are not functioning correctly.

Pump 1. Spins for a few seconds the stops then spins again. If I attempt to use pump in any mode but continuous the dry side falls off. I have tried everything recommended with no success.

Pump 2. Very loud click when in any mode but continuous. Even when in continuous mode if the pump is turned all the way up it will continue to rattle.
