Having problem finding my Radions need some help!!!...

This is the message that I get when looking for devices:
First one is:
Found 2 unaddressed Radions. Retrieving serial number.

Then I get this message:
Found 0 addressed Radions. Retrieving device details....

and nothing happens. I need your help Thanks.

Dotkat,

Are you using Google Chrome when accessing ESL? If so, I would recommend closing your browser and power cycling all of your EcoTech devices. If you are using the Connection Manager, please make sure you close and re-open as well.
