With a deadline looming, I think you may have to do what you don't want to:
1) Fire sale price on the entire package
or
2) Part out
or
3) Keep it. Who needs a couch in a living room anyways
If you can clear livestock, you can part out on a timescale more favorable to your budget while being able to temporarily "store" the gear in a more space saving way will it is all sold.
May want to see if there is any interest with our neighbors at STARS.
