Having trouble ID this

Any thoughts on what this is. It is under a rock so I cannot get a full view.

It looks like a clear-ish white sac it now has what looks like sand stuck to it or inside of it.

It is also under the rock that i just saw my first bristle worm. Which brings me to my next question I now that bristle worms can be good scavengers but is there anyway to get rid of them? ascetically this are just kind of creepy(i know they only come out in the dark but still).

And finally i have noticed this very small clear things swimming around under rocks. When i do get a clear view it looks like it could have a reddish head(brain). babies? I only have two occelaris clown, a bi-colored blenny, and 1 cleaner shrimp.

I apologize for all of the questions in one post i can split out if need be. Thank you for your help.

Maybe a sponge of some sort..

As to bristleworms.. Sure you can just pick them out with tweezers,etc.. if you must..
Don't touch with your hands though as that can have a little sting to them..

very small clear swimming things are probably just copepods

Those clear shrimp your seeing swimming around are probably Mysid shrimp. As far as that opaque blob goes it might be a sponge, but something may have died and now it's encased in a fungus/bacterial cocoon of sorts. This should go away on it's own given time, but if you've got a siphon handy you can always remove it.

Alsimmons any reason to not mess with the bristle worms? I read coral bandit shrimp will eat bristle worms is that true?

I will let the sponge/blob be as its under a rock and i dont want to disturb them.

Not really, but if any food ever gets caught up under the rocks you would be giving up the first janitors on the scene. Who's going to fill that void? These things are an integral part of your CUC IMO.
As far as a CBS eating bristle worms go I've never seen it myself, but I'm sure it has happened before. I had a CBS in one of my older tanks & the bristle worm population was never in jeopordy or anything. (60 gallon) I did however keep the shrimp well fed though, so maybe that had something to do with it.

I've never had a problem with pulling bristle worms with my bare hands, it's mostly if you have sensitive skin, i guess. I had a huge bristle problem when I was feeding 3x daily. They pretty much all but disappeared when I cut down to 2x daily. When I got a sun coral and had to start feeding chopped frozen every other day their numbers started coming back up. The small bristles aren't too bad, only come out of the rocks at feeding time. It was when I had huge worms that it was annoying, although it was kinda funny to watch the hermits play tug-of-war with the bristle worms over the seaweed.

I know i will be told i under feed my fish but i feed a half of cube every other day. and i have only ever seen 1 bristle worm pop out from under a rock(looks like it is small) but my concern is it will grow to be bigger and i would rather get rid of them now before it gets big and annoying. I might attempt to make a trap with a plastic food container and put some cooked shrimp pieces inside. hopefully that works but we will see. The only problem i see with the traps is not making the opening too big as i said this one i saw is very small right now
